- Eligibility: Exchanges are only permitted if the item arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.
- Inspection period: Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Documentation: To request an exchange, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
- Process: a. Contact our customer service team with the required information. b. If approved, we will send a prepaid return label for the damaged item. c. Once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will ship a replacement.
- Timeframe: The entire exchange process should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the original order.
- Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items and the shipping of the replacement item.
- Non-eligibility: Items damaged due to customer mishandling or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
- Limited to exact item: Exchanges are only for the exact same item. No substitutions or alterations are permitted.
- One-time exchange: We offer only one exchange per order. The replacement item is not eligible for further exchanges.
- Quality control: We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to verify damage claims.
